Computational Science and Engineering - FAPESP CEPID

The Center for Computational Engineering & Sciences (CCES) at the University of Campinas (UNICAMP) is an interdisciplinary research center established in June 2013 with the support from the State of São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) under the CEPID Program. The Center is dedicated to the development and application of advanced computational modeling techniques to solve a variety of frontier problems in science and engineering that require high-performance and data-intensive computing. The CCES also aims to interact with industry and research institutions outside academia for technological innovation and to carry out outreach activities to promote science education and dissemination of knowledge in the broader area of eScience..
